Liquidation Update

I want to thank all of you for your kind words and excitement about the plans for change over at Whipstitch Atlanta!  I’m super excited, too–and right now, pretty tired.  It is a WHIRLWIND, and you people sure do love you some 30% off!

The inventory liquidation is proceeding right along our hoped-for timeline, and our goal of selling out by Labor Day weekend.  I know many of you are shopping online, and I am so grateful for your patience as we push these orders through!  Everyone at the shop has been pitching in extra hours and really going the extra mile to make sure we’re able to meet everyone’s demand and get these orders processed as quickly and accurately as possible.  Yesterday, four of us were in the shop for five hours together, cutting like wild women, and three of our ladies stayed TWO hours past closing time to wait on local customers and to get these Etsy orders out the door.  So, thanks to all of you who are working to help us get the shop floor ready for more sewing!

THERE IS STILL A TON OF FABRIC LEFT, y’all!  If you haven’t had a chance to come by or to shop online, please, seriously: do it.  There is SO much great fabric left, and we truly do want you to get an awesome deal and to send this along to a loving home so that we can start to re-arrange furniture and invest in new machines and decorate the “new” space and envision the next season for Whipstitch here in Atlanta.  I know I grabbed a whole armload of Denyse Schmidt’s Chicopee to take home with me, as well as a pile of Vintage Modern and some really lovely Storybook yardage for outfits for my girls–and it’s ALL 30% OFF!  Plus, our final full collection, Field Study by Anna Maria Horner, is arriving in the next 48 hours, so we’re delighted to have that in the shop soon, too!

Thanks again to all of you for your ongoing support.  I’m hoping to see lots and lots of you in classes and in the shop–exciting times lay ahead!

I understand you’re busy at the moment. I emailed the store but have not had a reply. I want to know whether you have any FQ bundles of Field Study, they are not in the Etsy store but I remembered you were taken preorders.

    Thanks
    D.

Some of my best ideas came from browsing Mfay.com. She has beautiful patterns for drapery and her workbooks are an inspiration. Those two single windows are addressed well throughout her writings. Good luck!
