New in the Shop: Panache by Japanese fabric designer Sanae

These bolts just arrived on Monday, and I love them! I was a little hesitant based on the swatches I originally saw, and felt like I liked it but wasn’t totally overwhelmed or anything. When it arrived in person, though, it grew on me almost instantaneously.Fabulous, rich shades of pomegranate and bark and sprout green.Modern swirling florals and stacked circles.
Scaled dots and coordinating tonal prints. The part I might be most excited about, though, are the twills.Bottomweight versions of the large-scale print. In three colorways, perfect for skirts to transition to fall (and back to spring). Or maybe a sassy fitted jacket?
Drop by our little fabric shop and check out the collection!

Thanks for sharing your opinion – I'm iffy on the line from the swatch images, so it's nice to know it looks way better in person. Maybe if I have any money left after vacation I will have to add some of the red prints to my stash!

Why–why did you list such beautiful fabrics that I now need when I am halfway through my goal of using only stash fabrics. Of course I did just buy fleece to make my daughter a robe since I didn't have any fleece, so maybe I can convince myself that I need some of these since I don't have any "fallish" fabrics…hmm…I'll have to give that some thought.
