I’m not usually an OMG knda girl, but Oh. Em. Gee. Y’all, for real. Whipstitch is featured today in the Atlanta Daily Candy, here on the eve of our big Grand Opening Weekend. How cool is that??
Hoping to see you all in the shop, June 26th through 28th for piles of demonstrations, prizes, and giveaways!

Get to the Point
Whipstitch Fabrics and Sewing Lounge Opens
Gingham. Florals. Paisley. Checks. Noticing a pattern yet?
You won’t be able to resist when you hit new Whipstitch Lounge at Beehive.
The mini boutique at Beehive Co-Op houses more than 500 chic fabrics and hosts classes by sewer/owner Deborah Moebes. (She earned a design rep for trimmings that sold just as quickly as her apparel.)
Stop by for yards, half yards, and cute-as-a-button sewing kits that Moebes finishes by hand with ribbon. Classes are more cool than quilty: Think women’s collared blouses and pencil skirts versus oven mitts and cat sweaters.
Moebes prides herself on sourcing rare picks from NYC to Japan to keep stylish crafters coming back for more.
After all, you reap what you sew.
Whipstitch Lounge at Beehive, 1831a Peachtree Road, Buckhead (404-351-1166 or whipstichfabrics.com). Grand opening, June 26-28. Fri. & Sat., 10 a.m.-6 p.m; Sun., 1-5 p.m.
